1. Please keep your Jewellery in a cover or wrapped with a bubble cover or keep in a cotton box
2. Please don’t spray perfumes, powders or any cosmetics on the Jewellery
3. Avoid contact with water, sweat and direct sunlight
4.Please don’t use velvet cloth Jewellery boxes to store Jewellery
5. Don’t wear the item 24/7
6. Clean your Jewellery after every use with a soft cloth very carefully to remove the dust

Shipping and delivery policy

1. No urgent orders are taken, Free Shipping across India.
2. All orders will be sent through DTDC courier service and India Post ( Postal Service)
3. Item(s) will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of successful payment
4. If u choose DTDC Courier in Hyderabad city limits, product(s) will be delivered in 2 working days from the dispatch time
5. It takes min. 4 working days for the delivery of product(s) to addresses located in any state other than Telangana
6. Customers are requested to cooperate with us in case of delays in the delivery of shipment due to bad weather condition, courier services issue, strikes, lockdown etc.
7. Tracking details will be provided to the customer via Email & SMS

9. Same day delivery is available in Hyderabad city limits only, however customer has to borne to shipping charges

Order cannot be cancelled once its placed.

Return and refund and replacement policy

We check each and every product thoroughly before the dispatch, to ensure the safe delivery.

In case of receiving any damaged item, you must produce an unboxing video ( A 360 degrees [ all the 4 sides of the box] video of the packing should be shown, before unboxing and checking the item) through WhatsApp ( +91 7013287069) soon after the delivery. You must use both the hands to unbox, otherwise we decline any damage claim. The Video should be single take video, should not have pauses / joining of multiple clips.

We do not accept any returns/replacement of product(s) which are damaged after a safe delivery to your hands.

We don’t entertain refund/replacement/return of any damaged item without an unboxing video as a proof.

In case your return request is approved, you must send the item back to our address and share the tracking number through WhatsApp ( +91 7013287069) OR Email within 24 working hours, post which the request would be declined.

For returns/replacements, shipping costs to be borne by the customer only.

After receiving the damaged item for replacement/return, we provide a credit voucher for the worth of original purchase amount which you can use for future purchases with Ratnam Fashion, if in case the replacement of item is not possible.

Credit Voucher for lost or undelivered product(s) will be processed only after we receive a confirmation from our shipping partner.

If product(s) are missing in the box  / not received / not delivered, we will issue a credit voucher for the same amount of original purchase, refund of amount is not entertained.

If the Product is undelivered due to unavailability of customer after 2 attempts by our delivery partner, reshipping charges to be borne by the customer only.

Exchange/Replace/Return/Refunds are not honored in the following cases

1. There may be slight difference in the color tone of the original product with respect to website images because of the photography
2. Products are handmade designs and semi precious Jewellery may having some inequality stone fitting and wire work
3. If the jewel is too heavy to wear and looks like big or any other reasons
4. Earring back stems are bent slightly in transit or some cases in manufacturing
5. Chains and harams sizes 1 or 2 inches may vary depends upon body size
6. Bangles sizes slight differences depends on hands and inside the bangle product thickness
7. Pearls, Missing Stones, Link Chain differences, Back Thread / Back Chain issues which can be commonly seen and fixed with a glue
